Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Amy Hayes based on my experience. She didn’t do a good job handling my case or the mediations, and communication was terrible. I would wait weeks at a time hoping for a reply, trying to be patient, but most of the time I never heard back at all. In the beginning, she came across as really understanding and emotionally supportive, which made me believe she was truly on my side. But over time, I realized that support didn’t match her actions. As someone else mentioned, Amy is extremely unprofessional. When she finally called me back, she did so presumably while she was at a restaurant. She was talking between her server and me, and I couldn't tell what was directed toward me. She couldn't answer whether she would accept Metlife legal insurance, even though she's allegedly in network with them.
