I wish I had read the other reviews on this doctor before my appointment. The most disappointing specialist appointment I have ever had. This man needs to retire, he is doing people a disservice by practicing. He had difficulty hearing, his hands shook the entire time, no computer, hadn't bothered to look at all of my test results that I had emailed through. He was dismissive and condescending. This was the worst specialist appointment that I have ever had, he is clearly not well and should not be practising, he was harsh and kept putting diagnosis on me that I clearly did not have, something is very wrong. I am disappointed in the outcome and I wasted my time and money. He is confused and at times incoherent.
Dr Hayes was harsh during the examination. Despite my warnings that I could not tolerate such an examination, he still pushed and twisted my legs and my back to an extent I was too sore for 5 days afterwards. I have seen 2 other specialists for my injury, but they didn't hurt me like he did. So many other things I don't want to mention because I don't want to relive the experience. I wouldn't recommend him.
I was fortunate to be able to book an appointment quickly, absolutely gorgeous receptionist, glad I saw Dr Hayes whom was very helpful.
Very disappointed. totally robbed with the price he charged. I am still in shock at the bad consultation. No answers or solutions. Had to keep repeating myself and felt dismissed and left his office bewildered at how unhelpful he was. Do not recommend.
