I've just received a report from Dr Hayes and he has neglected to include a lot of critical information that was spoken about during the appointment. He ommited information about pain relief medication i was using . A lot of the simple facts of the case where incorrect. He failed to consult the 3 types of imaging of my injury and has flippantly suggested that I dont need treatment. Im truly shocked at his assessment
Would not recommend. Felt completely dismissed and misdiagnosed, he did not listen to me, and didn't even want to explore anything, just seemed like he didn't care at all and was quick to throw an incorrect diagnosis that doesn't fit my symptoms at all. Feeling very sore the next day after my consultation with him as well, and very flat and disheartened. I had to wait a while for this appointment and wasn't cheap either.
Dr Hayes has been my specialist for about 18 years now. He has always been a wonderful specialist and is very professional and understanding. His receptionist Susan is very professional and such a lovely lady. I would recommend Dr John Hayes others who need a great specialist. Thank you Dr Hayes and Susan for all the help you have given me over the many years. I really appreciate it.
I had a very positive experience with Dr John Hayes. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and took the time to really listen to everything I had to say. I wish I had read the other reviews on this doctor before my appointment. The most disappointing specialist appointment I have ever had. This man needs to retire, he is doing people a disservice by practicing. He had difficulty hearing, his hands shook the entire time, no computer, hadn't bothered to look at all of my test results that I had emailed through. He was dismissive and condescending.
