Have been with them for years and wouldn’t use anyone else!
My experience with Natalie at the Hayes Insurance company was dismal. She is unprofessional, incompetent and shouldn't be in ANY business that involves customer service! I asked questions (which she probably couldn't answer) and she hung the phone up on me! That is not the way a paying customer should be treated.

I agree with another review. Melissa is the backbone of this company. She is always polite, professional and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best rates.
