I think that it’s horrendous to have a property with one toilet that is clogged and you don’t deem this as an emergency. What is the tenant supposed to do? They paid out of pocket the first time and less than two days later the same problem occurs. No plumbing company will do anything until the owner says so. Are you that important or busy that you can’t help your tenant? Did I mention that the office is now closed?
