Mark Hayes and his services were outstanding. I could not recommend a better establishment to assist with funeral plans. I lost my father and had to take care of all the arrangements. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team. They were consummate professionals from our very first contact all the way through the burial. Mark and his team always handled my late father with respect and dignity, even in the way Mark spoke to us about the whole process and what decisions we needed to make. Mark Hayes took the time to talk to me and explain my options and how things would work. He was compassionate, respectful, and available throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to handle the cemetery questions and paperwork, so I didn’t need to. A traditional funeral home offering this level of personal service was charging twice as much as Mark. I would highly recommend Hayes Funeral and Cremation Service to any family or friends because everything was professionally handled and went smoothly.

Mark Hayes' dedicated work allowed our tight schedule to be met. He was very upfront and honest. He said he would try his best. He explained all the steps. He came though and did it. Thanks to him our daughter's body didn't get stuck at the coroner's morgue. The first company we tried could not even tell us which day her body would be picked up. We wasted a couple of days with them before discovering they were located in Colorado and probably were "shopping" around for a crematorium. Thank you Mark for coming to our rescue.

Mark Hayes is the best funeral director I've ever met. He's so kind and thoughtful. He is professional, knowledgeable and just the right person for this industry. He is reasonable and the value he provides is unmatched by anyone. My family has used him for years and will never go anywhere else.
