I have been seeing Dr Hayes over fifteen years. When Covid hit Dr Hayes stopped seeing patients in her office all appointments were zoom calls. Seven months ago Dr Hayes staff informed me they were having a problem with getting paid from Medicare insurance.Dr Hayes continued to refill my meds even though I hadn’t talked to her in months. She is a wonderful psychiatrist in my opinion. She has helped me immensely. She is caring & knowledgeable. I absolutely love her.
