I would advise everyone and anyone to call a different company. They take your money and then to get your plans and all your paperwork back you never get it and every time you call it says the bosses in a meeting the bosses in a meeting the bosses in a meeting the only guy I know that has meetings 24 seven I would advise anybody to call a different company just my opinion THE REVIEWS THAT ARE PROMISING MUST BE THERE FRIENDS AND FAMILY BEACAUSE EVERYOTHER REVIEW IS THE SAME THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME. ZERO STARS. I CALLED THEM FOR 3.5 MONTHS WITH THE SECRETARIES TELLING ME THEY "ADDED ME TO A LIST". NEVER ONCE DID I GET A CALL BACK. FINALLY AFTER 3 MONTHS I WAS MORE AGRESSIVE WITH MY CALLS AND THEY BASICALLY SAID THEY LIKELY ARE IGNORING IT BECAUSE THEY WONT DO IT AND I SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A RECOMMENDATION. THIS WAS FOR A SIMPLE ROOFLINE SHAPE CHANGE. I AM VERY LOCAL TO THEM. THANKS FOR DELAYING MY PROJECT NEARLY 4 MONTHS HAYES ENGINEERING

4 Phone calls..............lots of patience waiting. No return call. Did speak to someone at Hayes who promised a call back (since they had done work on my property previously, I assumed I would get a call back- NONE CAME). They must have plenty of business going on to not have the decency to follow up on a legitimate request for a project. Per some other reviews this is a consistent issue/behavior with this company. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I have to make my experience known. I called Hayes in January for engineering help etc. I was told they would call me back in a week. Fast forward to March - I called again and was told they did have my information and they did not know what the status was. The very nice receptionist put me on hold and said she would speak with the owner. After returning to the call, all she informed was that they could not help me.
