I had a sad experience from this place. I came for an appointment a bit late by 13 mins. They told me it was too late and the appointment will be cancelled while laughing. I have been there many times and they made me wait sometimes an hour to be received well after my appointment time. She basically said when they’re late it’s fine but when the patient is late it’s not, that’s how it works. I have been coming to the same dentist Mizra for over 30 years and as a dentist and dental practice I would highly recommend them.
I met Dr Mirza in 2016 after 10 years of avoiding dentists. It took many people to get me in the chair and I cried from start to finish but he was incredible with me and has been every visit since. Between now and then he has done a complete overhaul of my teeth fixing many fillings as well as doing a root canal and fitting a crown. 9 years on and I am able to go by myself for my regular check ups and there are no tears!.
