My partner and I had a big scare in Indiana so we searched everywhere for an attorney and found Hayes and Dant Law firm. I will say Mr. Dant, Misty, and staff were the kindest, easiest people to work with. Mr. Dant was such a nice, down to earth guy and very understanding. Detail oriented and professional.
I've called 5 times in two weeks to see if there is an update as I never get a message or even email saying the case has anything going. Been a year with no end in sight, 2 months without updating and I called today only to be hung up on. Considering finding a new lawyer, I have severe anxiety and I need more communication then just waiting endlessly even wondering if my case is being worked on at all
Must be out of business. I have tried multiple numbers found on the internet multiple times but cant seem to get anyone on the phone. Then again I find that to be the normal with most businesses these days.
My husband had a very complex disability case and I am so thankful that we were referred to Hayes & Dant and didn't go anywhere else. They are professional and thorough and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Many thanks to Mr. Tim Dant, Jill, Misty, and the rest of the staff.
