When hayes bros installed a new column on my back porch I asked if they would put a jack or temporary support under it. He told me it wasn't needed... Since the install the porch roof has sagged and now my gutters hold and leak water onto the steps. In the winter this makes ice.. Will have to jack the roof back up to its proper position and install some sort of shims under the column... Shody work, installer was lazy to not support the porch and allowed it to fall.
We had Hayes Brothers make railings for our front porch, garage entry into our house, and our patio steps. The entire process from initial consultation and measurements, to installation was very professional and went very well. The workmanship on the railings and the installation was excellent. We are very happy that we chose to work with Hayes Brothers and recommend them highly.
Had the railing on one side if my front steps replaced about a year ago. Just had another railing on the other side that extends onto the front porch. Couldn't be happier with the results. They are sturdy and look very nice. I recommend them to anyone needing outside railings.

Just had steprails and porch railings installed by Chris. I couldn't be happier or ask for more of a professional. He also explained he could renew the front porch ones. So that's next.
