Our 16 yr old vehicle dumped transmission all over a parking spot. After towing to nearby Hayes Auto Repair late that night, they quickly looked over our vehicle the very next day and not only gave an estimate, but was honest on the likelihood of it needing additional work. They were extremely responsive and helpful. We didn't feel "sold to". They cared and took the time to understand our personal situation and what we needed
