Extremely disappointing experience with Hayer Builders Group. I purchased a unit from them Before taking possession, I repeatedly asked the developer’s realtor about the strata fees and required documents. I was never clearly informed that the property involved two separate strata plans or that I would be responsible for two separate strata payments. Very disappointing design and planning by this builder. They do not seem to understand the difference between a master bedroom and a normal bedroom. All the rooms are extremely small — you can barely fit a bed and a small computer table. In the name of “luxury,” they offer almost nothing. Because of the poor room sizes, many renters are not interested in these properties. The washrooms and laundry areas are unnecessarily large, while the bedrooms feel like kids’ rooms.
