Amazing service, quality, and selection. My husband and I searched in literally ALL of the furniture shops in the South center area and didn't find anything that really fit our needs in terms of a mid century style couch with full grain leather. Many if not all other shops didn't have much knowledge or couldn't stand by the quality of the leather. Hayek is something else. Love Hayek’s! We bought a leather sectional 8 years ago - it’s still in beautiful condition! It was a fraction of the cost for the same similar American Leather sectional.

Provided a horrible experience for my daughter and posted lies in response to her experience on their website. I also purchased a product from them, put witnessing first hand her experience would not recommend using them. Many other companies to go where you wont have $4100 stolen when they misled you in the product you would receive.

If I could rate, my experience has zero stars, I would. Be warned if you are ordering anything custom that is not specifically on display at either of their stores. I was actually a returning customer after ordering a product with them many years ago and being very happy. I had found a couch that I really liked at Pottery Barn, but wanted to come to Hayek’s furniture because I had a good experience in the past.
