They don't answer emails, dont care about their patients or communities they serve, and couldn't be more apathetic about the Special population of ventilator dependent patients whom they supposedly exist to better the lives of. They completely fail as a designer of life support equipment, since they make no effort to help anyone who need their equipment that reaches out to them seeking help and relief.
