Waited half an hour on hold(as apparently number 3 in the queue from 8am) for an appointment only to be told they don’t give them out over the phone anymore and a message had gone out saying as such, checks the message on the app and it says that you can request an appointment either via the website, on the phone or in person. By the time I’d waited on the phone then filled the online form as told there was no appointments left. I can only assume either anybody that can’t use the app or website will now just never get an app... read more
Says on website open till 7pm but closed at 6.30pm. Can never get an appointment here even when ring at 8am
Literally the worst Drs I've ever known! No appointments and no treatment.
Got a text to tell me to have a medical review with a health care assistant within 7 days or my repeat prescription may be stopped, tried to go through the link supplied but got nowhere, phoned the surgery only to be told ( no appointments available till after at least 4 july) receptionist didn't know why I had a text because she couldn't get me an appointment even after that date, what a shambles. Don't blame the receptionist at all, not there fault
This is singlehandedly the WORST doctors experience. Their phone lines dont work, and havent for months. they will answer your call, repeat ''hello!?... hello!?.. can you call us back?'' (no my phone isnt broken) you put down the phone, call them back, and now youre number 5 in the queue. You will wait until youre answered and then they will repeat the same.
