The office manager is incredibly rude and condescending. The doctor is okay, but convinced me to get a test for carpal tunnel when I was just seeing him for a concussion follow up. Made me pay for the test up front and refused to bill my insurance first. Would not perform test after asking multiple times to be billed. My explanation of benefits came and they over charged me by more than $200. Waiting on refund from their office, but not sure if I will ever get my money back.
