Lazy, entitled accountant with a bad attitude, didnt tell me and my wife there was an issue filing our return, we called after 2 weeks about the status of our refund and were given the run around by a woman in his office, after a month we finally got a call telling us there was an issue, when I expressed my disappointment I was told its not a convenient time to talk. We paid for a service that he did not perform and acted like a jerk
