After graduating, Hayden pursed an undergraduate degree at Western Kentucky University, before being accepted in to Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Hayden received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He was quickly appointed as the City Attorney for the City of Mt. Washington.
