Well, OK, the condos are great, but the parking is evil -- the loading zone says 30 minutes, and both my sister and I, when stopping by to drop something off for/pick something up from family, have gotten tickets for being in the SPOT <30 minutes but in the garage for 31 or 32 minutes. Apparently they start the timer when you drive into the garage, so driving around looking for a spot and then driving out again counts against you. It might be OK if that were displayed at the spot, but it's not, so the setup is misleading.
Very nice place to live but it is a little old but that isnt really a problem as everything in the building works fine (sometimes). Its really quiet, all the other reviews are delusional. The street-cart station and the Valley Metro station are like 1 minute walking distance away. Parking is super easy, the people that have trouble or get tickets are retards. Whole foods is sorta close and you can take the rail cart to get there, but you have to walk back ig. Really cool place to live, especially if you're a student. I think... read more
