After a freeze hit Houston, my pipes burst and I tried to fix them myself, but the damage was worse than I thought, with leaks hidden inside the walls. I had a water tank filter break, which caused some flooding in my home. After turning off the water, I called a local plumber in Houston. Even though it was after normal hours, my call was quickly answered by Jalen, who was on-call. He let me know that he didn’t have the parts needed to do a full repair until the next day, but the dispatcher would contact me to set up an appointment.
