I called around 12:00 noon after experiencing a issue with my travel trailer but were still drivable. I was transferred to a call center where I explained the problem and mentioned that I was heading toward the Richmond area and needed a part replaced as soon as possible. The call center assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that someone would contact me within the next hour to schedule an appointment. I Purchased a travel trailer through Bish's rv in June of this year. A extended service contract was also purchased but after getting home and researching the plan I decided to cancel. I Reached out multiple times to the dealership and they said they would have finance contact me. This location has now closed and I have been trying to speak with Bish's customer service manager who will not return my calls or forward my issues to the proper department.
