I’ve been dealing with Hayden Properties and their agent, Edwin, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Since last week, I’ve been leaving messages about an issue with the payment portal for one of their properties. So frustrated with the View at Belterra. Signed a year lease and then they decided to demolish the pool right outside my door. Now all I hear all day long is jackhammers. This project is expected to go on for the next 5 MONTHS! I work from home!!!! I asked to transfer and they said fine but they want $800 and the unit that they do have is more expensive and smaller than what I’m currently in. Don’t trust what you are told by their employees !! The Corp. will not backup what is said! They over charged us a thousand dollars!! Know that you will need an Attorney to finally leave these apartments!!
Awful company. Likely friends that have rated them higher. They do not respond. They have no compassion, heat wave going through alabama, 100+ temps and refuse to get you a new AC, and tell you, you need to wait for a part to be delivered. It’s 85 degree in my apartment for three days now, no relief, no accommodation, no compensation.
