I live in willow creek. I reported a broken pipe to my trailer and they came and shut off my water. Never offered to fix it. The park is the same as 25 years ago! Slumlords must definitely l!
I was a tenant in Willow Creek trailer park in Rathdrum, ID from 12/3/2013 to 07/01/2015 and had the worst experience ever. Repairs were not done in a timely manner. Many drug users occupy the park. May of the trailers do not look fit to live in. The local police are always present. Many tenants have dogs that will not stop barking. I found dirty IV needles in the street in front of my trailer.
