Since the new management team took over living here has become a chore. The new staff is rude, condescending, and unhelpful. They don’t make any attempts to get to know any of their tenants, but try to lay on the friendly attitude when receiving complaints or forcing made up fees upon you. They disregard messages and allow maintenance to have a less than par reputation and performance. With the price that is paid you would think you would receive much better service than this. Love my neighbors, front office and maintenance! It is like a family here! An addition to that, the neighborhood is usually super quiet! Great place to live!
Wonderful staff at Hayden Park!
This place is well-run without the run around. The management is caring, but also candid in their responses. Comes down to trust, and I felt totally safe and listened to and would be living there now, but I had to move cross country.
