Been here since 2024. As another poster stated, it's the cheapest builder-grade material they could find. Our floorboards are already creaking and it's only been 2 years. Safe and clean neighborhood though.

Cheap appliances, cheap fixtures, cheap carpet, cheap fences, cheap landscape. Plan on spending, repairing or replacing items in a short span (4 yrs in my case). Concrete is 4 different colors and cracked from corner to corner. Garage walls are unfinished, unpainted and sloppy mud job. Found garbage stuffed in wall during tile upgrade. Top quality is NOT included in the price so pay attention to what you are buying! Ask questions about the worthless HOA who increases our rates every other year...
