Noisy and unprofessional builders.
Love this builder and Kelsey, their real estate agent
Cheap appliances, cheap fixtures, cheap carpet, cheap fences, cheap landscape. Plan on spending, repairing or replacing items in a short span (4 yrs in my case). Concrete is 4 different colors and cracked from corner to corner. Garage walls are unfinished, unpainted and sloppy mud job. Found garbage stuffed in wall during tile upgrade. Top quality is NOT included in the price so pay attention to what you are buying! Ask questions about the worthless HOA who increases our rates every other year... A surprise (not the good kind) everytime we upgrade furnishings. HH installs cheap appliances and carpet. Microwave and dishwasher dead in 5 years. Carpet didnt last 3. Stuffed trash inside walls during construction. Who does that?? Don't get me started on who does their landscaping. The concrete is the worst I have ever seen, drive the neighborhood and see for yourself! Poor quality, poor craftsmanship, spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Sorry HH, your reply doesn't fix anything.
