Honest and fair, with great quality of work and speed. I contacted Brett after reading all of these 5-star reviews, and he was over to my garage within just a few days to diagnose an issue. Unfortunately, he discovered some major corrosion on my outdrive and it needed to be replaced, but he walked me through all the options and gave us plenty of time to decide. I have a sea hunt ultra 275 - the steering just went out so I called Brett - he came straight over the next day had it all fixed and ready to go within a few hours - amazing quick and quality service - Brett will be my goto boat maintenance guy from here on out !
I'm 73 years old and have owned 7 boats. The Hayden Marine representative, Brett is the best marine mechanic/company ever. If you're not using Hayden Marine you are making a big mistake. They deserve more than 5 stars.
I have tried several mobile marine services with non-satisfactory results. Brett diagnosed and corrected a problem that was not solved by me nor another mechanic. He showed up when scheduled, completed his tasks in efficient time, worked very clean, described exactly what he was doing, and allowed me to watch and ask questions (I do my own maintenance and even counseled me on better ways to do my maintenance items). I have full faith in his capabilities and will continue to use them in the future.
Brett took the time to troubleshoot my boat that hasn’t been running right in several years. Brett figured out that problem and repaired my boat on 4th of July! What a great business and guy to work with!
