Was very dismayed with this clinic. I waited two weeks to get in and when I arrived for my appt. they refused to see me because they aren't taking any new Medicare patients. No mention of anything about this when I made the appt. You'd think they would at least screen their prospective patients from the initial call. Very discriminatory and wrong. Do not try to get in if you are retired or ailing, apparently all they have room for is young healthy people!!!
Went from bad to worse. Customer service is just terrible. Had to switch my family.
I went in for my full meal deal, had Dr. Graves, I just love her! So nice to have a doc who listens to you, and provides such wonderful care! She made me feel comfortable during the entire visit. The nurses were terrific as well. I highly recommend going to Hayden Lake Family for your wellness exam!
