This place is fantastic with their facility and team, and if you’re staying local for the duration of the treatment. Unfortunately for me and being military, they bamboozled me. I paid in full for my child’s Invisalign and as we came closer to PCS and she was halfway through treatment, they only reimbursed us 20% of what I paid. “Sure she can pick up where you left off with us anywhere that does Invisalign”, but no clinic is going to do it for the fraction of the cost. This orthodontist doesn’t seem to understand it’s a HIPPA violation to refuse to release records due to an outstanding balance.
Most of the staff is friendly and its a nice office. Don't EVER pay in full, especially if you're military. If you have an unexpected move during treatment, they refuse to refund a dime! Those friendly staff become pretty unfriendly if you question why this is.
