We love the folks at Hayden! Husband has literally been with them for auto insurance for nearly 37 years, myself for almost 30 years. Great rates, very competitive locally. The staff are so nice, they remember you when you call in for a quick question, and we appreciate that they actually answer the phone, not send you voice mail to be brushed off for days on end. Highly recommend them! 😁
I have moved to Pennsylvania in the last year. I had the pleasure of having Hayden insurance for 20 years while I lived in Virginia and they are the most honest, considerate, sweet humans I have ever encountered on this planet. When my wife hit a deer on the way to work the first question asked was "are you ok?". Such a wonder family run business that truly puts customers first. I would have payed for their licenses to operate in Pennsylvania to keep them if I could. (I asked. I cant) miss and love everyone at Hayden.
