Stay away from this Builder. I read the bad reviews about them and I did not take it seriously. Today, I have a lot of issues in my house, also, they use low quality materials to save, even though, the houses are expensive. the homes are really nice but way over priced for the area. maybe someday a developer will want to build houses that more people can afford rather than just those with 6 figure incomes.
