Hayden Fit RHK is one of the better gyms that I have been to, and I've been to a few. It's a medium-sized gym with a good range of equipment, and very good trainers who know their stuff. When I decided to go to a gym I was nothing but welcomed with open arms, and when I reached my limit they said not to push until hurt but to push to the limit. Hayden Fit was incredible! I was visiting Massena on a work trip and was happy to find a CrossFit box away from where I live. The environment and people were very welcoming and inclusive. The workout is intense but you are joined with a great group of people who can share your pain and victory when you complete the workout. I highly, highly recommend this gym. Lastly, the coaches are awesome!! Thank you Hayden Fit for the wonderful experience.

Dropped in while in town and felt at home. Coach Emily was great, very knowledgeable. The people in class were friendly and welcoming. Very clean and had great equipment. Will definitely drop in when in town again!

Hayden Fit -CrossFit RHK has been such an integral part of my overall health and wellness. I have found a community of people who support and encourage me in good days and bad. I have not only become stronger or feel better physically but mentally as well! I never feel like I am any less than any one else and I can do everything even if it has to be modified at times.
