Just ok. Hoses and facility in general are old and outdated. Things did not work as they should, the hose holder was plugged so was overflowing.
I like it when they shut down during the winter, so i can't get the salt off my vehicle..
I went through the touchless car wash and when I came out I noticed my truck was none the cleaner. However, I called the number listed, left a VM, and Tim called me back with in 5 minutes. I was able to take it back over to him and he made it right! He went above and beyond, he even offered us water while we waited. This is why I will give the car washes 5 stars. An owner who can make it right deserves to be acknowledged, thank you Tim! We will be back.
Very disappointed. My truck looked worse after the wash. It had hard water spots all over and a film of soap despite a long rinse. A waste of $10.00. I'll need to go somewhere else to wash it again.
