Sure, he’s a friendly and polite guy, but that does not make a good doctor alone. I suffer every day with chronic pain. I went in to see him after approximately 2 years of not going to a doctor. My job duties lately have required more physical activity, which leaves me in excruciating pain every night. I went to him to get something to help after those long hard days on my legs. I have been seeing Dr. Scott since 2003, he has the absolute best bedside manner.
The drs may be good at this practice, but the office personnel and nurses are AWFUL!! My SO has been a patient at this clinic for 19 years. He has been seeing Dr. Scott for the past 19 years. We live 2+ hours away. Dr. Scott has always told him if he needed anything, a refill, etc to call that he didn't need to keep driving over there. Yesterday Dr. Scott's very rude nurse told me that my SO needed to go ahead and find him another dr! They need to hire better staff with customer service!!!!!
