Horrible place to go to. Long wait times. Sat there for 2 hours before being called back then another 30 minutes in the room to not even be seen. Dentist are very unprofessional instead of doing x-rays or looking themselves they had my pulling my cheeks to the side. Do not go there
Dont come here got my teeth done here twice and both times on different teeth they messed us hayat need her dental license taken I’ve tried to contact to see what’s there to do now I would have to pay again for them to check it yes there cheap but spend that extra $50-100 and get done by someone better worst experience and customer service everr wish I can give y’all 0 stars
Ridiculously poor service. After a two hour wait after my allotted appointment time they took ONE of my three kids back. He had two cavities which they refused to fill because of the rush they were in claiming that they were baby teeth and didn’t matter… two weeks later my child was crying in tooth pain. Don’t even think about sitting down in their waiting room, there aren’t enough chairs. They are so over booked that you will be standing next to someone that smells like cat pee and weed for hours. I’ve been going to Hyatt dental since they’ve opened. My mother goes there. My kids go there and I also go there this morning. I made a phone call to Hyatt dental and asked them if there was anyway I could come in this morning or the following day because I have an abscess underneath my tooth and I was in the emergency room all night. Service slow been sitting inna chair for almost 30 mins with an bad toothache and nothing no numbing paste or nothing and when I ask for service it’s “hold on gimmie 1 sec” den another 30mins go by. Needs faster service
