I tried to purchase a 3 OZ (90ml) Viktor & Rolf Good Fortune Parfum from Hayat Closet through a Mercari application using Paypal for $124.31 on November 18, 2022. The business did not ship my product for almost two weeks until I filed a complaint with Paypal. What I received from Hayat Closet was not what was agreed upon.
