The practice charges a $100 admin fee, which I wasn't informed of until the week before my appt. The appt took me two months to get, which is standard, but the fee should be disclosed up front and wasn't. Also, Not sure how folks on Medicare or Medicaid could access care here with a fee like that. The office also has this unprofessional policy of calling and leaving messages demanding you call back within 5 mins to confirm, or "all your appointments will be cancelled." Extremely strict, unfair cancellation policy, zero leeway. Usually places will allow you to cancel if you make an appointment very close to the cutoff if you let them know asap. I made an appointment Friday 4pm for Tuesday 1pm. I got home and realized I could not make it. I called and left a message over the weekend and they’re charging me $75!!! I tried to call for the past 2 days and no one was available, on top of them never getting back to my voicemail either. The lady who finally answered said they weren’t available till March which I find insane due to me in desperate need of recovering from a knee injury, the lady was extremely unhelpful and sounded happy to not get anymore patients…
I contacted this place for getting physical therapy for my daughter who broke her ankle. Unfortunately they do not accept our health insurance (UHC) and no appointments are available until March, which is too late. The person who takes our call do not seem to be very helpful too, not as good as advertised on their website and the reviews posted here.
