My experience was very similar to what many others have already shared on Yelp: the physical therapy itself is great, but the people at the front desk are shockingly rude. I am not sure why there are no negative reviews currently showing up on Google. I have seen some in the past, but it seems like the business is able to get them removed. My PT was Jon Sakoda and he did a fantastic job during our sessions. He taught me lots of great exercises that I can do at home and I am still using those techniques a year later.
