Probably the worst “retail” experience in Sydney. Consistently have no stock of grab and go items like platters and plates and glassware. Has some stock across some items giving the impression that they’re a retail store…but at least 30% of the grab and go items have no stock for immediate purchase. The shop “assistant” then tells you that it’s a showroom not a store (which would make sense if they didn’t have stock items stacked around the store) before directing you online where the lead time for a platter is 14 weeks. Went in to test out a few sofas, with intent to buy. Sales people were disinterested, and only approached to tell me to not lean on the cushions, as "they were for sale". Tried to organise a trade account as an architect, and was also told this wasn't possible. Somewhat disappointed considering the brand reputation and price range.
