My appointment said that I needed to get some work done. Assistant did a new xray and cleaning, then went to get the dentist but they did nothing when they got back, only told me to reschedule. A week later my tooth broke in half from a filling they previously did on me.
Broke a tooth late Friday. Although I wasn't able to get in over the weekend, they got me in first thing Monday & fixed. Thank you.
This place messed up my sisters teeth so bad. She went for a filling and they did the wrong tooth... then they told her she had a previous bill that was unpaid, with no records of this at all, just a dollar amount. She now has an infection and will be going out of town for someone else to help.... I highly recommend going out of Hay River to get your dental work. This has been a shocking and painful experience my family will not soon forget.
