waited 4 mounts to be told they can't do the work , meanwhile i drove 6 hours to make that appointment, then waited over 4 months calling weekly explaining myself each time , and being assured they had everything understood. now for the last month they have been acting like they know nothing of what i had been asking for , being rude speaking about me in another language making wait on hold tellling me manager will call you in. five minutes then waiting over a hour with no call back . completely unprofessional behaviour.

10am in the morning and these folks can't answer the phone. We are all busy but I will never truly understand why it is so difficult to regularly reach these folks by phone. It leaves much to be desired, for sure!
My appointment said that I needed to get some work done. Assistant did a new xray and cleaning, then went to get the dentist but they did nothing when they got back, only told me to reschedule. A week later my tooth broke in half from a filling they previously did on me.
