I am travelling in my Motorhome and ended up with an ear & throat infection after really bad Hay Fever. I Was about to leave town and rang the hospital to see if anyone could see me. The lady was so polite and compassionate, telling me to come in just before nine and I would be able to see a doctor, which is exactly what happened. The service was so good, the doctor friendly and caring. Thank you for looking after me.
I cannot speak highly enough about the head nurse Neil, my mother was brought in by the most beautiful and helpful ambulance ladies, ( sorry girls I can remember your names) , Neil was the nurse who was in charge and he was such a help to us when our mother was delirious and combative at 90 years old, such a help and really advocates for the family, you are so lucky to have a nurse who really cares these days and the hospital was lovely. Highly professional and friendly staff. Very thorough and made sure my experience whilst in the emergency department and after leaving was the best possible. Doctor came in even though not on call to stitch up my finger and made me feel at ease the entire time. Modern and spacious facility.
