I was very impressed with this Funeral Home. I was hesitant at first to use a new service as my family had used a different funeral home in the area for many years. They were very personable. I was going through a very rough time personally and financially and they were very helpful and understanding. They found the best options for my family and were very respectful.
Would not use Hay Funeral Home services ever again. They advertise that $1000. is too much for a basic cremation, however by the time they are done, they are as close as you can get. I called in advance of my mother-in-law passing to get the total and final cost. Jeff Hay assured me it would be $895. When the time came, Karen Eckerle and a young man named Jordan showed up.
