I’m appalled that my daughters 8 week jabs have been cancelled a hour before each appointment by the same nurse as the nurse has been poorly a hour before my daughters vaccinations. She has now had 4 rescheduled.
This practice is an absolute waste of space. Trying to get an alternative medication prescription told to ring back and press option 4 but this just says the medication line is no longer in operation and then cuts you off. I would of thought option 4 should be removed from the list of options as this has been like this for months.
6 months registered at a GP no full prescription given, no repeat prescription given by a GP to collect, incorrect dose not prescribed on a prescription, receptionists phonecall given reviews again no GP to give prescription of correct medication * avoid at all costs to ones health* have to find a GP that is fully qualified to get a medication as stated on file rather than healthcare assistants reviewing, researching a diagnosis.
