WARNING! Hawx Pest Control is a scam! I was called by one of the "Salesman" from the North Houston Location (1408 N Sam Houston Pkwy E Suite 180, Houston, TX 77032) to ask if I would like a treatment. I was out of town in Dallas (I live in Houston) in training and I approved the treatment at $71.00. The agreement was for 4 treatments per year at $71.00. LEFT MY HOUSE INFESTED! And charged me $111 for it without fixing. Signed up with them because we moved into a new house and we're having ants. They said they would send someone out but I had to cancel the appointment due to an emergency. When I did they told me I would be contacted to reschedule. No one called. I called multiple times and left messages. No one called. It's been weeks, no contact. Meanwhile the ants went from a few to infesting every floor. There are flying ants now. This place is a scam. The salesman falsified information to get the contract said we would be billed $34 quarterly and 49.00 was taken out my account for the first payment 59.99 was taken out and they tried taken out over 200.00 and the account was established on June 25th 2022.

Dakota was excellent and very professional.,. He explained everything he was doing and why. I had not questions after he left. Perry Rhue was very helpful today. He treated inside our home and helped us with a bee issue. He gave us great advice as to how to hopefully ward off the bees. He was very knowledgeable. Thanks so much.

Hawk is a great company. There customer services is awesome. They listen to what you need. My technition is Tyler and he takes the time to listen to what is going on and what I need. He then proceed to take care of the house. Before leaving he lets me know all he did and schedules the next visit. Highly recommend.
