Awful service. Was looking for a one time treatment for ants and the salesman on the phone sent me a contract and told me it was for access to the property and permission to treat. The contract was actually trying to lock me in for a 12-month subscription with them. Then, we had our service and never saw any improvement whatsoever in the ant activity in the house. The sales person was great and knowledgeable, and when not sure, he reached out to someone who knew the answer. I reviewed the contract and asked questions to ensure that what I was being told was true and accurate. On the day of the service, the gentleman looked EVERYWHERE, which I appreciated and took the time to explain to me where critters hide and the signs I should be on the lookout for which is truly valuable.
