Bad service from Ross and bad billing. Their billing plans suck
Horrible billing and horrible service. Ross K was not professional and I can almost guarantee he was drinking alcohol while working. He was sloppy and missed some stuff around our house in Appleton. Their billing sucks, its overpriced and they dont do anything that I asked.
Ross came in a full suit and got rid of our massive hornets nest, thank you! Job well done!!
Ross .knows his job. Very prompt and curious and set boxes in all the right spots. Great job.
Ross always does a good job. He asks before treatment to if I have any concerns or questions. He is very detailed and always stops when finished to tell me he is done and tells me if he sees any concerns I should know about. Great asset to the company.
