Extremely Rigid and Unhelpful Service I signed up with Hawx Pest Control shortly after moving into my new home, not fully knowing which pest services I would actually need. Six months into the contract, I realized their treatment plan was spraying for pests we simply don’t have, while ignoring the ones that were actually a problem. When I called to request a simple modification to my service, I was met with a flat-out “no, not a chance”. Corrina did an excellent job of servicing my home for pests. She was very cautious about the pets and how to keep them from getting sick from the chemicals. She went over everything I needed to do and was extremely respectful
