I initially brought my vehicle in to have two front tire punctures repaired only. Without my consent, the shop proceeded to perform a tire rotation, and as a result, three studs on my rear wheel were stripped. On top of that, two lug nuts were put on backwards, which caused them to be completely destroyed when they had to be removed. Went there with my jeep wrangler for wheel alignment not only they couldn't do it which the next guy I took it to did no problem they tried to lie saying I needed a steering box which I have a spare costed me 180 they tried to charge me 900 for it or they can't do the alignment the guy said which is a lie my steering is fine they messed up my blinker cause it had water in it but STILL WORKED and tried to make excuses THE NEW BULB wouldn't work which I put a new bulb after I left my blinker works DO NOT GO HERE they're all sc... read more
You remember "Cheers" sitcom intro song: "When everybody knows your name". That is how I feel when I go for my tires' needs to this place. 20 years ago the original owner Roberto greeted me with a warm and knowledgeable service. Now his nephews took over the business, but the treatment is the same. Their prices are on par with what you get at tirerack.com, but they give you free rotation for the life of the tires. Bob's tires!!! I've been going here since before I started driving (I'm 50 now) eith my Dad back when he was in his old Paterson location. Bob's prices are amazing, service is incredible, and dudes are all alright. I have never had an issue with them after all of these years and if I did, they fixed it immediately. Honestly, I miss seeing Bob around the place, but it's great to see his family taking over and rocking it. I suggest appointments since they're real busy but they'll try and help if they can. If not?
