Hawthorne's in Ballantyne was a bit busy tonight with some impatient customers. However, Sarah & Kelly were very friendly, apologetic, & accommodating to not just my family, but other patrons as well. They handled themselves with great customer service even while being treated unfairly by some rude customers. Once we sat at our table, we were greeted by Andrea, who was so attentive & pleasant. Excellent pizza and great ser
Bad Door Dash delivery experience all caused by Hawthorne’s mispacking our order. Both restaurant and door dash refused to remake and deliver. Their solution was for me to come pick up the correct order or to refund the item that was incorrect.
