The staff are very nice . The nurse who check on my Dad is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Mendoza is a very kind Doctor, knowledgeable , goes above in beyond just to help her patients. She always give her time to explain my Dad’s condition & always follow up on her patients. The BEST family Doctor.
Worst receptionist. Condescending, extremely rude, unhelpful and generally just has a poor attitude. Never have I experienced such apathy and spite from reception staff anywhere.
The doctor is okay but whatever third party consulting firm hires the receptionist needs to be reviewed and audited.
The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.There is no compassion when it comes to dealing with patients irrespective of the patients condition or situation. Dr Milanthi is great but it is very difficult to get an appointment and dealing with the front desk staff is a nightmare .I recently was looking for an appointment for my parent who is in her 80’s and is going through a health condition that needs immediate attention which Dr Milanthi is aware of . Dr. Milanthi Hapuarachchi is an amazing doctor I have ever met. She is the family doctor for me, my husband, his parents and my children. She takes extraordinary care for us, and has always been taking care of us for the past 9 years. We are very fortunate and lucky to have her as our family doctor.
