Contracted to do a will. Had my initial meeting in November talked with Wende thought everything was finalized. (I have never had to get a will before and have no prior knowledge of the procedure). Her paralegal reaches out via email in January and I missed it. Didnt realize that everything had to be signed. Didn't reach back out to me again until April. Set an appointment for June.
